from my experience they've been really effective. i remember in school after PE my tee shirts would be soaking wet and sticking to my body.

but with dri-fit nowadays at the gym even though i get the same workout i don't feel as uncomfortable. I know i know, the airconditioning at the gym probably helps but dri fit tee shirts also tend to hold moisture better, so you don't get your clothes sticking to your body.

i love it. it's really worth the premium you pay.
