Okay-if you're 13-YES ITS VERY BAD IF HE'S 23! If you were my daughter, I'd kick your little behind. Let him look, dammit! I would actually consider the whole staring bit creepy and not endearing if I were you...If he's sooo cool and you like him so much-he'll wait for you, and you'll still like him at the ripe old age of 33...(hey-its what I would tell MY daughter!)

This is just a crush/infactuation. Please allow yourself time to grow up. You are waay too young to be thinking you are in love with a man (he's not a boy, even if he appears that way cuz he's shy) for an adult man. Plus, it would be illegal if he was interested in you the way that you are in him. And please don't get serious w/boys at your age, either. There's ALOT of responsibities that come with relationships. You are a teeny-bopper (if like the person above assumed that you were 13 because of the 13 after your avatars name.) Time goes by fast & you'll be maturer & an adult (18 & older) sooner than you know! :)
