I also have less beard and mostache hair. I feel very depressed due to this and by looking other guys of my age or younger than me. I cannot afford costly medicines. I live in Pakistan.

I think it is an heriditory problem, but dont worry my friend now a days people r shaving their hair on the chest to look to attract the women so that they can show their physic and u r worried about u r moustaches, most of the people shave their beard and stuff bcoz they want to look young so it's simple problem

If you want to have more moustache and beard, then shave it with a razor blade more often, it will grow more.
Likewise, to get hair on your chest, just 'shave' the bare chest, chances are it will grow. I have a good feeling about this, try it.

if there is no hair on your chest by now there isn't going to be. as far as on the face you could try stimulating the hair follicles by shaving. it's not guarantee but it may stimulate the hair follicles and cause the hair to grow. and it could be you were just born with less active hair follicles than other people. everyone is made differently

Take a black magic marker and useing short, light, fast downward strokes draw some chest hair on.
or
you could cut off your pubic hairs and paste them on your chest

if you dont have any by now you can pretty well forget it. id be more concerned about going bald than anything. most men who have hairy chest have a bald head. old saying is it fell off my head onto my chest.
