The TV because it is the primary reason, swcond from fast food, that is causing people to get fat and then, after that fact, complain about their weight then ask questions from other people how to get rid of the weight, even after watching TV for hours and seeing that annoying commercial about Pilates. Pretty contradictory people, us americans, huh?

We have lost ourselves in the modern world and modern inventions. I would choose...nothing what the heck are you going to do? Most people born after 1975 would not know how to survive with out modern conveinces. My wife keeps telling my 16 year old that if some major disaster happens she hopes that I survive that way I can take care of her and the rest of the family. She would have no clue on survival.

Ok this isn't exatly a device but it is house hold related. I would disinvent Bars of Soap. I hate them! They get all sticky and are always mushy when you after you wash. all i can say is THANK YOU to the people who invented Body Wash!

Right this minute that's an easy one for me! It would without a doubt be the coffee maker. If i didn't have the ability to make a steaming fresh pot of coffee in 2 minutes, i wouldn't have made that pot at bedtime and i would be sleeping right now!

I think it will be the microwave as until today its wave (if u stand too close most of the time) in time, is one of the main cause to evoke the cancer cells.

i'm gonna vote for those tubs with the doors on them. you know the ones i mean? for old people who can't step over the edge of the tub? yeah. that took away one of humanity's last mechanisms of natural selection.

well my cell phone....i know its not a household device, but i hate that i have no privacy anymore, and when i dont answer the damn thing, everyone whines about it, that they can never get a hold of me....i never shoulda got one!
