Non-poisonous snakes include: all snakes with round eye pupils (in the center of the eye) and with no pit between the eye and the nostril. Poisonous snakes have vertical, elliptical (cat-like) shaped pupils. All pit-vipers (poisonous) also have a small pit between the nostril and the eye, and a single row of scales under the tail beginning at the vent which changes into a double row near the end of the tail.

Species of Non-Poisonous Snakes are: Black Racer, Brown Snake, Coachwhip Eastern, Cornsnake, Diamond Water Snake, Earth Snake, Greater Snake Eastern, Green Snake Rough, Hognose Snake Eastern, Kingsnake Black, Kingsnake Prairie, Kingsnake Scarlet, Kirtland's Snake, Milk Snake Eastern, Mud Snake Western, Pine Snake Northern, Queen Snake, Rat Snake, Redbelly Snake Northern, Ribbon Snake Eastern, Ribbon Snake Western, Ringneck Snake, Scarlet Snake, Southeastern Crowned Snake, Water Snake Broad-banded, Water Snake Copperbelly, Watersnake Mississippi Green, Water Snake Northern/Midland, Water Snake Yellowbelly and Worm Snake.

Just by curiosity on seeing your query, i searched in Wiki to get a list of non-poisonous snakes in Indian peninsula. Then I was suggested to have a look at List of reptiles in South Asia. I was quite shocked to see the number of snakes (poisonous or non-poisonous). I think you should definitely have a look at the below mentioned link.

The list would go on and on. There are far more non-venemous species of snake than venemous.

You have all the python and boa species to start with, then the ratsnakes, kingsnakes, milksnakes...there are too many different individual species to list.

Do you want snakes from a particluar country or area? That would help narrow it down some.

I've put some links you may find useful below:
