Why do the Muslim community seem to think that they own this country?

I guess it depends what this country is. If this country is Iran then they'd be right.

It would also be useful if you could explain what you mean by "think they own this country" - what evidence you have or what behaviour you are talking about. Saying "seem to think they own this country" risks making you sound like a bigot filled with bilious hatred against a group you don't understand, which I'm sure isn't the case.

Every thing belongs to Allah (God), this universe, this earth, USA and every country. There is no Muslim or Non-Muslim country in the world. Do not talk about stupid people, they might be with Muslims or Christians.

I think you are refering some distrubances being caused in western world but do think of Afghanistan, Iran, Palestine and several other countries where there are more Western Forces (Nato and American) than the immigrants from that country in USA. There are more deaths by these troops than the total immigrants in USA.

So please try to see this world as politically and religiously. This is true the interests of the western world especially America are in contrast with Muslims so you think, it is due to being a muslim or christians. I think you are promoting the theory of Osama. Do think about the days (not too far only 30 years ago) when Muslims were the friends of west and Russia was the enemy and before, the Germans were the enemies.

Don't get me started!! I don't think it is the fault of the muslims, etc for the way this country bows to other peoples faiths. It is the fault of the government. We are predominantly a christian country and should therefore, continue to be so. Anyone that comes to this country must abide by our customs and religion as we would if we were to enter their country. We most definitely shouldn't be changing our customs to be 'politically correct'. I am sure people emigrating to this country would be more than happy to fit in with us, after all that is why they are coming here, because they like this country (or is it because we are all SOOO soft!)

If a settler/ immigrant thinks it's his own country- fine- what's the hassle? makes him more patriotic to that nation.

If you mean to say they can do any damned thing with your country [assuming yours is a non Islamic country], well, probably your government and people are bending too low backwards and allowing them special privilages - simply into muslim appeasement.

The majority don't- its just a few nutters that are the problem and you get them in all religions. What I do resent is councils telling me that we have to call things Winter festivals and Winter lights and Winter concerts - next we'll be giong round saying Merry Winter and giving winter presents whilst eating our Winter dinner ---- totally insane I know, but here in East London its becoming like that as the councils ae so scared of 'offending other religions'. aaaaaarrrrrrgh!!

Because the US lets them. Unfriendly countries should not be allowed immigrants into the US, you never know if they are spies or terrorists.
