Mine last for about 30 seconds before i can crunch it in to gooey bits of fruity tootsie pop flavorshards. I'd would rather spend the rest of the time licking other things.

I am disappointed with tootsie pops. They used to take a lot of licks to get to the good part. Now, they are small. My son got some for Halloween and I was wtf is that?
