I doubt it. Kennedy can go high but he can never be the next Rock.

There is only one The Rock. Kennedy will be a major player (provided injuries don't take him out) but he won't be the next The Rock. A lot of people have stated that he's not as exciting in the ring as The Rock and I agree. A big part of The Rock's in-ring performances were his facial expressions (not just the People's eyebrow), Kennedy doesn't use facial expressions. Kennedy needs a signature finisher. The Rock took a stupid move and turned it into The People's Elbow and got major pops every time he did that move. While The Rock wasn't the greatest wrestler he WAS the greatest promo-er (?) ever, even better than Austin. Kennedy doesn't have what made The Rock's promos so good--humor. (The WWE should put out a DVD of nothing but The Rock's promos.) Kennedy just doesn't stand out from the crowd like The Rock did, and Austin did, and Piper, Hogan, Flair, Rhodes, Undertaker, etc. Kennedy's only real "difference" is "MMMISTER KENNEDYYYYYY!!.....Kennedy"; that's not enough.

Ken Kennedy has great mic skills and is most definately the future of the WWE if he doesn't start getting an ego problem backstage like Orton did. Kennedy is an outstanding wrestler and has an interesting character/moveset, he is great with running promos, great on the mic and his moveset is a wide range, but never could he fill the shoes that The Rock had, The Rock would own against him on the mic, and the Rock's wrestling skills were far ahead, his punches, his signiture moves, his finisher moves, his building momentum which got the crowd going every time! The Rock was a legend in himself and he did it by going up the ladder all on his lonesome, he got early pushes, but those pushes got him to where he was years ago.

The chance of Kennedy taking that roll is next to nothing, but he definately has a better chance than Carlito! HAH! To think the WWE were telling Carlito to try and be like The Rock, they're crazy!

I disagree with the rest.

I think Mr.Kennedy Can become the next Rock.

His mic skills are very good, and he's a great heel just as the Rock was when he first started. He should eaasy become an icon especially if he keeps one step up on the Undertaker

It's between Carlito and Kennedy. I think for Kennedy to do it, he needs to beat Taker and then go to Raw.

If by "the next Rock," you mean " the most overrated sellout in wrestling history," no.

If you mean "future world champion," yes.
