Just wanted to say that those people who thrive on trying to hurt or destroy others , they will be before the Lord one day for judgement for their hatred and judgements on others. I am much more comfortable facing him for a love that I had here on earth and how kind i was to others rather than being a hypocrite and bigot standing before him. At least I am real , I am true and he sees and KNOWS my heart unlike any person out here on earth. I do by the way go to church and experience the Holy Ghost and the closeness to God , Regardless of how many other christian claiming people see it. We are ALL God's children and CREATIONS so we are as we are meant to be when we come to this earth.

I think everyone should take responsibility for themselves when it comes to sin.When a finger is raised it is usually by someone who raises it with sin and in sin.

The fact that you are a sinner doesn't keep you from seeing other people's sins. I think you can relate to that. You said you go to church and believe in God. But as a human you sin, since no one is perfect other than God. But you (dispite the fact that you sin) can see when other people are doing wrong (for example, judge and hate). I don't think you can call it hypocrisy.

Saying that something that someone has done is wrong, and that they should repent and not do it again, is not judging. Physically hurting (stoning, etc.)them, or shunning them, or whatever other punishment in accordance with Jewish law is judging them.

And a person who continues to sin after being saved but repents of the sins is simply imperfect. A person who not only continues to sin after being saved, but plans it, and HIDES IT and does not repent of it is a hypocrite. A person who not only continues to sin after being saved, but plans it and DOES NOT HIDE IT and does not repent of it is an apostate, not necessarily a hypocrite.

Don't lose sleep over it. I doubt you or any of us have anything to fear. Just live your life with integrity and honesty and respect for others - that's all you can do. Worry about this life.
People who judge you and say mean things about you under the pretense of "Christianity" will get what they deserve. I personally believe it will be AFTER they die, when nothing happens and everything they believed in turns out to be a myth.

I would not say a hypocrite I would say that we are all siners. Sining is what we all do . Are you sure your not a hypocrite. Do you hate people that judge others. I dont think as humans we can get around commiting sins, and it will always happen no matter how religeous you are.

Notice the list of sins we are told plainly to judge as sins and to purge from our old man? These are God's boundaries and telling someone about God's boundaries and the consequences of unforgiven sins is righteous judgment as well as loving our brethren to be a Godly example to those that are without the church. Righteous judgment always meant that although the sinner can be forgiven, the rapist, the murderer, the pedophile, the thief, the robber should not go unpunished by either the laws of the land or our moral laws. What folks may get by with in this life will be judged in the next but it's wisdom to have your sins "go before you to judgment" instead of having them "follow after you". In other words, get it under the blood now or your sacrfice is unacceptable to Him! Judgment begins in the house of God.

As christians we are to judge those in the church. we are to leave the judging of the lost to ouside authorities or the lost.

WE ARE TO JUDGE OURSELVES TO SEE IF WE ARE IN THE FAITH BEFORE TAKING COMMUNION BECAUSE GOD JUDGES THE CHURCH.
