Global Warming what policies does the United States, China, Russia have?

im not sure if global warming is true, but what is the stand of the US government, Chinese government, and Russian government and what do they do about it?

Russia takes part in Kyoto protocol and fulfill agreements about quantity of exhausts per square kilometer - it is easy for Russia because it has very big territory and not very big industry.
Global warming is good for cold Russia. Part of Russia where people can live comfortably and farm will noticeably enlarge due to warming of north territories.
But there are some problems in Russia connected with warming. Number of fires in forest increasing, ecosystems are changing, rivers overflow the banks but theese problems are not so serious like in many other contries.

New power plants and factories are required to be both energy efficient and limit emmisions (usually to a level of 10 to 15 years ago). The old ones are being shut down and replaced.... slowly.
Basically, try to look good without spending unnecessarily. If anyone pushes for an answer on rapid action, then blame one of the others, usually China.

Considering the United States did not agree to the Kyoto Protocol, it isn't exactly doing much about it.

As a developing nation, China has a hard time controlling its pollution for fear of hindering its economic growth.

As for Russia, its economy is still in a post-communism slag, and it really isn't doing much.

one decent policy the US has is reforestation. despite logging, a ton of new trees are planted in the US and new areas were named wildlife reserves, and more trees equal more oxygen, which helps keep the planet cooler. i believe its the carbon dioxide gasses that harm the environment and warm the earth.

i think only usa goverment thinking about.we,russian likes disasters happened.chines will survive under any conditions,its a problem.
