Try not wearing eyeglasses as much as possible and try to focus on the objects making a conscious effort.
My personal belief is that eye muscles get lazy when we wear glasses. There is no doubt that eyesight improves with this type of exercise.
I used to wear eye glasses until I reached 40 and then stopped using them 10 years ago. I see almost perfectly now.

You ought to take care of your eyes well - washing them with cold running water every morning, exercising them by looking or moving your eyes to left, right, above, far, near and look at green wherever you find it! This is apart from consumption of a balanced diet!

Most of these answers are so uncredible, I have heard that eye "exercises" are pointless and do not have any effect. Besides, carrots, washing, and viewing natural green, all the others are purley myths.

yes there are eye exercises you can do. carrots are good for your eye sight also,

1. go to an eye doctor
2. get glasses
3. are you sure you turned on the lights?
4. stop winking (if you are like your avatar)
5. take off your sun glasses maybe you forgot your still wearing them...
