i ordered 2 best of depeche mode and 2 of snow patrol. I only wanted 1 of each cd. i pressed the button twice instead of once.

try to contact their customer services department, failing that you will receive an email detailing your order and there may be a link for you there. personally i wouldnt bother though because usually what happens is you will receive the order you wanted minus the extra 2 but they will still charge you for all 4. its too complicated for these companies to change orders you see, its all computerised and staff dont tend to talk to one another. i would just return the extra's and learn from your mistake. good luck

Thats ok, any distance purchase has the right to 14 days cooling off period. You can the right to cancel or return goods bought by distant selling techniques, including UK based internet sites, catalogues.

From abroad, you've got no redress.

'phone the credit card company anf ask ( tell !!!) them to cancel the cash transfer , hopefully the cds' wont be sent because they wont send until they have the money . if you get the cds - theres always ebay - just be careful there too and don't buy the ones you are selling .

If you cant cancel them just send them back when you receive them. By the way the Snow Patrol album is brilliant.
