well, a B adverage, or 3.0 would be good, but since college is a major adjustment, anything over a 2 is good,, a C

I truly have thougth about shifting colleges yet who might want to favor to settle for me with such poor grades.

Expect nothing less than a 4.0 gpa. If you are not going to achieve this in your first semester, aim for it in the next. Your own goals, and the measures you take to achieve them, will determine your college and life success. By the way, don't shoot for a B adverage and don't pay attention to people who can't spell.

I would say at least a B (3.0) since much of your freshman classes are just a rehash oh High School subjects. Since colleges receive student from various quality high schools, they have to bring everyone up to speed. Its a shame that you have to waste your time taking these subjects before you can dive into your major.

what's good? it all depends on where you're headed ... if u wanna get into med, i'd say 3.9 is good, if you wanna get into some not-as-prestigious grad programs, a 3.6 would be good .. its all relative :)
