you are driving down the road going 55 mph and there is a car on the other side of the road also going 55mph, as you pass one another would you rather that person be drunk or high on marajuana.(Can't choose neither one.) It's not good to drive under the influence but really i would rather them be high. Pot is illegal but i think people get into more trouble from alcohol than pot.

I agree I would rather be on the road with someone under the influence of pot than alcohol. Alcohol is so much more dangerous. Drivers get in more trouble for driving under the influence of alcohol than pot but more people are arrested for pot related stuff than anything.
Legalize It!!!

Lets see: more people fall down when they are standing than when they are laying down.
More people get in trouble when drunk than people high on pot, this is because there are more people drunk than high on pot.
Now I need to figure out which am I, or is it because of the time of the night.

if the speed limit was 55 the guy how is high would only be going 35 so ur ? is a little off. but other than that the high guy sounds better

people that are stoned don't drive the speed limit. They drive slower. Drunk people drive over the speed limit.
So I'd rather the person was stoned. :)

well, the laws are "YOU DRINK, YOU DRIVE, YOU LOSE!"....i've never heard anything like "YOU TOKE, YOU CHOKE, YOU CROAK"...lmao...i personally don't do either one, but honestly, i'd rather see someone high and driving drunk...i've never heard of someone killing a family of five on a New Mexico highway this last week being "weeded out"...but a drunk driver did, and later died himself..so sad
