ok they gave me the clue that every side should equal to 34 but whats the arrangement

Sum of each row = Sum of each column = Sum of each diagonal = Sum of corners = 34

Notes:
The fact that each row should equal 34 is easy to work out. Add the numbers 1 to 16. That gives you 136. You need to split them into 4 equal groups, so divide that number by 4 --> 34

Column 1 adds up to 29
Column 4 adds up to 40
Number 5 does not appear
Number 6 appears twice
