Related to Lack of Income ?? what about the many Celebrates - No shortage of Income -- wealthy - Many have died of Aids - Re-Distribute Wealth ? - I seem to have heard this rubbish before , the usual problem == Envy , Greed , the "You have it -- but we want it" Syndrome " Get Real - the Aids Virus is spreading throughout the whole of Society - Irrespective of Wealth - Income or the lack of it.

Not sure how you came to the conclusion that aids is related to lack of income other than the fact that yes it is widespread in poor African countries but this is due to lack of information or access to it, not income. It would be great if all the money in the world was spread evenly between every country but not possible also a lot of funding sent to these countries is stolen by the corrupt governments involved.
Judging by some of the answers to your question I think a lot of people still need to check their facts on this terrible disease as they also don't seem to know whats happening yet they obviously have funds available and have access to information but either chose just to ignore it or just don't understand it.

Hello,
Thats NOT an accurate statement!!!. There is NO! causal link or proven link between the spread of HIV Aids and wealth or lack of wealth.
What has caused the spread of the HIV infection or Aids infection is ingnorance. Its the lack of understanding, its the lack of education that has caused the spread of this infection.
The other reason aids has spread is due to cultural attitudes towards sex in many counties such as africa where mutiple partners is/were the norm and mutiple wives is still common.
Yet another reason for the spread of the aids infection has been due to stupid archaic (out dated) religious views. The pope says people shouldnt use condoms. In many countries people are still refusing to use condoms due to stupid ideas.
**The re-distribution of wealth could have been successfully done in many decades ago by the richer western countries. But these welathy countries including the UK operate an unfair trading system which still favours the wealth remaining in the west. It is my belief that what people in poor african countries REALLY want isnt hand outs from the rich countries in the northern hemisphere. They do want fair trade with a level playing field but they dont have it still. The playing field could have bee made level years & years ago. This is why africa is still poor relatively speaking.

I don't think it's about wealth distribution. It's about understanding, education and religious tolerance towards practising safe sex. Also changing male attitudes towards women and sex, and talking through cultural taboo's.
Not everyone who is poor is dumb, or should be kept illiterate. If the charities had the funds to educate them and their own governments supported them (and accepted that AIDs existed in some places) things would be a lot better.

Well....no.
Not for AIDS's at least, wealth should be given to the poorer countries but we would be better of giving resources to the country rather than money, the government always scam the money when a big fat check for poverty is given to them.
Instead the people who are spreading AID's should stop doing so, people who don't have AID's she really think before they sleep with some one and we should give them AID's drugs for the people that do have AID's.
Short answer, wealth won't stop infected people having sex.

I think you have to read this one between the lines. Yes,the spread of AIDS is related to the lack of income, but it has to do with the inability to afford condoms, and hygienic habitat. So the answer is NO, we should distribute Condoms and encourage governments to provide their citizens better conditions of living instead.

That would involve stemming the corruption that is rife in some African countries, whereby the governments are happy to sit in their palaces and watch their people starve to death. Get a decent government in place and you will solve the problem.
