As far away as you like if you are British. You do not have to stay anywhere near your errant husband if he has done something unforgivable. However, are you sure it is not your hormones blowing up something trivial. If you are then you need to speak to someone close, mother, sister, friend. You have your children to consider first. Where can you take them to be safe. If you cannot speak to your husband then he should be asked to leave the matrimonial home as your needs, and your children's' needs, take precedence over his. There are three of you and the children should not have their lives disrupted by parental disagreement. I hope this helps, but you should try and speak to your husband and hear his side of the story before taking that first irretrievable step.

You should be asking a lawyer. Then see a marriage counselor. I don't know what you found out but if you haven't addressed it with him you aren't being fair to him or yourself. Because it could be a misunderstanding or bad call on your part. You don't marry someone for 7 yrs then don't walk out with no explanation. Besides, you CAN'T legally, especially with 3 kids.

As I don't know what the cause of all this other then something you think is pretty grave as you are devasted. I mean if you think he's gay or fooling around that's one thing. A pedophile? That's another thing entirely. I can't really give you anything more useful to your problem other then see a marriage counselor. To communicate your issue and if you are still determined then see a lawyer.

However if you are just asking a question then just call the lawyer. But I think as far as you can go with kids is probably limited to state lines. But that's just my guess.
