Well it depends if I know the guy and I am staring at him its probably because I am attracted to him and If I am at a bar or where ever and I am staring I probably think hes hot but that dont mean I want him to come over... Some times I do but not always.

Depends. I might be looking at you, but not really seeing you. I could be looking at you to check you out, or just trying to read the logo on your shirt. I guess the only thing to do, if someone is staring intently at you, is to watch that girl. If she really wants you, she'll look again.

sometimes when i stare at a guy i have this feeling that i am attracted to him but sometimes only on the physical appearance..but usually i really just like to check him out

Depend on the situation, but most probably he is too attractive to be missed - just like guys like to stare at pretty ladies.

You'd think if women were just checking him out for the hell of it, she wouldn't be looking at his eyes.
I have a bf, and I stare into his eyes when I feel like I'm just completely falling in love again.
..'course he just gets confused and thinks I'm weird.

I don't think I've ever stared at a guy unless he was doing something weird. I'm not all that attracted to men at all. Maybe try asking this in the STRAIGHT dating area?!?
