They need to first, Unionize, and NOW! I mean with the way the job market is going, what with the private sector endangering the stability of the free market place, they need to unionize as quick as humanly possible. Either that, or have more selections in the "copper" color tone range.

Thats an easy one, coverage that is clear but neutralizes redness and scars without being cakey and pasty. As well, make up companies have to quit lying about what their anti-aging stuff will do. 80 percent said it FELT tighter, does that mean it WAS or that they only had that perception because of the way it felt on them? Lots of misleading ads. Also they need to be more enviromentally conscious and to take the carcinogens and toxic chemicals out of make up. They do exist and in Europe companies have to list the known carcinogens (cancer causing agents) in their make up/hair dye/ food etc. In Canada and the States, that is NOT the case and consumer apathy and government support of business weakens those who attempt to call the entire 'beauty' industry to task for their actions.
There you have it. Sorry about the rant. I have been dying to say this a LONG time.

They need to improve regulations on what can and cannot be used in the ingredients. There are almost 900 different harmful ingredients being used in more than 98% of the products on the market. Of those 800+ ingredients, over 200 of them cause some sort of cellular mutation which can lead to all kinds of health problems.

I for sure do! Especially for a girl like me who has EXTREMELY oily skin! I think that they need to come up with more lighter powders, and dryer bases so that I wouldn't have to be embarrassed the next day after I put make-up on because I start breaking out!
