Can those entry level electronic drum kits be expandle with better Roland type heads? Ebay Has Dp502A.....?

I am thinking about gettin gthe on eon ebay but i dont know if I can add on to it later on. If anything od you have a recommendation for a good electronic drum set which is expandle and under say.. 750?

Ya get what you pay for, so save and get the best you can. But, I don't think you'll find a great deal of quality in this price range.
