My husband is not emotionally unstable,but he does work alot. Even when he's at home he's always doing something to stay busy. But after 17 yrs of married I'm use to it.And proud he's not like the other men in this world who's out cheating and that are dead beats.I figure when he gets tired enough he'll slow down.Enjoy time with your kids if you have any,then cherish the time you do share with him.I figure when he retires,then we can sit on the porch, hold hands, and rock away in our rockers,,,,,,:)

I'd have no problem with him being workholic, it is not that bad... but emotionally unstable, I dont know if I like to be with somebody who is in love with me today and is completely cold tomorrow!
