i have my skin in double tone ,the dark around eyes and chin area and light around cheecks.

Use something with yellow in it to cover dark/uneven tone. You can buy special yellow concealers, or you could mix some non-shiney/shimmery yellow eyeshadow in with foundation.

Try on some skin lightening cream, it will help your skin to tone up just nicely.
