Go to www.techsupportforum.com and create an account (free). Then you can post your question in the Security Forum. An experienced Tech will guide you as soon as they can (and they do). They will tell you if it's bad, find any other parts of it and clean it all up. These people have been helping others for free for years and are real good at it.

Try going into your Control Panel, double-clicking Add/Remove Programs and seeing if "Recipe Rewards" is under that heading.
Also, I would recommend a couple of programs:
1. AVG Free - A free anti-virus tool that works marvelously.
2. Spybot Search and Destroy - An anti-spyware tool.

Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm giving it a try to see if something has invaded your computer.

You can go to Start, then Control Panel, and then click on Add/Remove programs. Then, uninstall the toolbar. Or, you can click on System Restore and restore your computer to an earlier time. The time before you d/l the toolbar.
