Funny you should ask this. lol

Monday I had the same conversation ...... but with my doctor. He took one look at me and knew that i was not. Most of my free time seems to be sitting on my tuckus answering questions for fun in here. As we know, between this site and 360, it can get intense. Is that always healthy? Perhaps not. Your release is supposed to be just that..... releasing the bad to make room for the good.

So this week I've seriously been trying to make the most of my free time in a much healthier way. I actually picked the laundry OFF of the treadmill and fired it up again. I've started a new book. And I've actually talked on the phone to a few of my friends I had been negligent in keeping in touch with. I have to say.... I feel much better. (miss you..... of course!) But feel much better. :)

Your question couldn't have come at a better time. We all need a few reminders to make the most of our time..... all for the sake of good health.

Well, most of my free time is spent on here answering, asking & voting. The fact that my job entails typing, I spend 8 hours a day & 5 days a week in this seat working, also. As far as good health........Is it really healthy to be sitting for such a long period of time? NOT! My brain gets exercise when I am working, but not the rest of my body.

That's a hard one to answer. I believe most people do the best they can (typically) at any give moment. So, could I be doing more..maybe..however-at the present moment I am doing what I can with what I have.
