Japan is the wealthiest, with a GDP of about $4.6 trillion, or $36,000 per person. The poorest is East Timor, with a GDP of only $332 million. (Those figures aren't exact, because there is a lot of variability in how the numbers are calculated). The poorest on a per-capita basis is Myanmar, at $219/person.
