Yes. This normally occurs when the creases are not dried enough after bathtime. Be sure to get her really dry and even use baby powder to keep the creases dry for awhile. The baby powder will help if she sweats a lot, too. It is normal, but easily fixed. Good luck!

Yes it's normal. Usually it's because they have a " second chin. "
It's caused from no air getting in between the creases. Just make sure you dry it thoroughly after her bath and keep putting lotion on it. If it's really bad, you can get a cream from your doctor for it.

babies at that age have all types of skin problems. They break out, they get dry skin. Chafing can also cause sore spots. My daughter had dry skin problems for a year that they gave a mild skin steroid cream for. Have the doctor check it at the next vist and they can let you know how to treat it.

try to keep the area dry, especially when teething-when there is a lot of drool. use a soft cloth to dry moisture. Calendula cream (natural food store) is what you want to use for baby's soft sensitive skin! it is the most gentle and natural...a good powder with NO cornstach(encourages yeast) may be helpful...good luck :)

sometimes it happens. I wash my daughter, gently towel dry her, dry her on the low setting with the hair dryer, and apply baby lotion. It clears right up.
