How do i unlock the administartor on the computer?

use the proper password

Click on my answer link and go to your question. On the bar under the button is a pen icon. Go to it and select the update option and update this question.

What is the problem? Have you forgotten you Password and need access to the computer?

It's actually the administrator, and you can't unless you are breaking into somebody else's computer!
