David Carr, oakland's pass defense isn't a pushover as most people think, but its still not that great of a pass defense. Carr is a good QB, but on a bad team. I still think Carr will shine this game

Eli Manning however tends to have problems watching coverage and identifying blitzers. Even though it is not fair to compare him with Peyton, I have noticed that they both struggle against the 3-4 defense. with the way Dallas runs its 3-4 schemes I think Eli will stuggle trying to read coverages and most likely throw a couple of picks. Plus the Giants are riddled with injures

I'd go with David Carr. Even when the Texans lose, Carr still puts up good numbers (their loss to the Bills, Carr completed 25 of 30 passes). David Carr is just an all-round good and consistent QB.
As much as I like Eli, I feel Dallas has the hot hand, especially coming off those impressive wins against the Clots and Bucs, and the Dallas defense will pressure Eli, just as much, if not more, than they pressured Peyton two weeks ago.

Carr against oakland for sure because he is completing 70 percent of his passes for the season and has actually thrown more touchdowns than picks this season....eli is going to get shut down by the number 4 defense in the league who are the cowboys

Eli will throw a few more picks in his game against Dallas. I would stay away from using him this week. Carr is the better play.

Carr.. Oaklands pass D is doing pretty well but I think he'll be able to handle them

the problems in NY are going to create some problems for Eli and Dallas has a very tough D

You have gotta go with Carr because of what is happening with the Giants talking trash about each other and nobody really stepping up to say we are a team! Eli will be trying to throw to Plaxico and Plaxico will probably not finish his routes or just watch as the other team picks of Eli all day!

Carr against Oakland... Eli is too spotty this year and besides dallas is playing really good right now. Take neither and get Romo against NY.

I doubt you could go wrong with either pick. The only difference will be, on of the two might have an off day. So pick pennington, he has more to prove and if Miami makes the play-offs or even the superbowl, It might be the story of the decade in sports. next to phillips winning 6 gold medals in the olympics..
