Well, it depends on the conditions - Vampire Lestat cannot die - Louis and Claudie tried, Memnoch tried, and many others (remember his rock concert in "Queen of the Damned"?). If Darth Vader has any blood, which since he fathered a child it would make sense that he does have, he can die. And how many hundreds has Lestat dispatched since he was "born to darkness"? Many of them strong, vital people.
Logic dictates that Darth Vader, or any other living being, doesn't stand a chance against Lestat.

Well Darth Vader has no blood as he is mainly robot but Vampire Lestat is cooler. I loved those cronicles!!

depends on which book you take lestat out of... interesting concept... i think i have to go with the vampire here (if you pick a later book where lestat is badass) although it pains me to say so...
