It's clearly 10101; and you don't need a calculator:

99 into the first "99" is 1; into the next "9" is zero, but you carry the 9; so then you have another "99", which on division gives you another 1. Etc. It would not be so easy if you had an ODD number of 9's in your original large number. You'd then end up with a last 9/99 = 1/11 = 0.090909...

So, if you have an EVEN # of 9's in your big #, you get:

101010101.......01;

if an ODD # of 9's, you get:

101010101.......010.09090909.... (VERY interesting, Captain!)

Incidentally, you're dividing BY 99, NOT "with 99."

anything is possible, so its not whether or not you CAN do it, its rather what is the answer and is it a round number. Ironically it is a round number, although you wouldnt think so = 10101

then divide by 11
111111/11=10101
to check
10101*99
-------------

now you got it without a calculator with the checking
Dont use calculator for everything when you can solve using brain
