In America, the most effective person to complain to is that show's sponsors. Who ever has commercials running during the program, call them or send email through their web site complaining about the program and how shocked you are that such a fine product could be associated with such filth. Tell them that you are going to tell everyone at your place of worship, work, etc. to stop buying the products unless they pull sponsorship of that program.
Very often if the sponsor gets enough complaints they will pull funding which might mean the show goes off the air or has to adjust to keep the sponsors happy. You could also try contacting the network on line - just search Yahoo for the network call letters or name.
Peace!

First: you have every right to be offended, and I wouldn't dream of suggesting you shouldn't have been.
Second: they were actors, so be aware that nobody was harmed in the making of that show. You can still be disgusted about the televising of the act, of course, but not on behalf of the girl (who was paid quite well to pretend she was crying, and to have worms spit into her mouth.)
Finally: write a letter to the network, and to the FCC. It won't mean much, however, unless a lot of other people do it, too. You can try to organize other people and arrange a boycott of advertisers who buy ad spots on the program, or try to get the attention of the FCC with a massive letter-writing campaign.
Or -- and this is just a suggestion -- you could turn off the TV. You're responsible for what you watch, and while the network may arguably be wrong for broadcasting it, it's not your responsibility to police the network on behalf of kids that are not yours. Let the parents of those kids do that, and if they don't care enough -- well, that's a shame, and a letter-writing campaign about a single television program is just a drop in the bucket compared to what those kids really need.

You can contact the FCC for stuff like that but there's a reason why it's on at 10pm.. because your KIDS SHOULD BE IN BED.
Shows that are not good for children are usually on between 10pm and 6am each night. They can have more adult-related content, including profane language, partial nudity and.. bad wrestling and crushed earthworms.
There's also something called the Remote Control. Use it.
EDIT: Oh wait.. you're not in the States.. well then.. forget the FCC bit.. just use the remote.

if u feel strongly about this i would contact the FCC. They are monitored to begin with.. If there several people as concerned greatly as urself- maybe they will do something.
In your case- u should have changed the channel if you didn't like it!!!
In the child ens- well the parents should be in control of what they watch to begin with. THey are several automated safeguards that are available, not including the parent being in control!!
sounds like an episode of real tv or several others that are based on these stunts...

this is America. you have the freedom to not watch it.
if you are an adult than you should be able to figure out that wresteling is one big soap opera with some fighting thrown in.
i would suggest some better family viewing for you. try Fear Factor. where people compete in semi dangerous stunts for the chance to wil 50 thousand dollars. they jump over cars and all kind of neat stuff.
and eat the occasional bull penis too.

Nothing wrong with that, You wanted SEX off the TV Prime time, now you want the Worms off.
Get rid of your rabbit ears antenna and get a bigger cable box and change the channel.
They may get out somewhere stranded and find out that worms will keep them alive if stranded.
Do your homework, they are trying to teach something there.

FCC......you can find them on the web. Ya know.....some of these responses just amaze me. People are so quick to be a smart ***. I think wrestling does push limits at times and that was purely discusting.........my thoughts; they know kids watch it and SHOULD not do things like that!

Turn the channel. The kids parents need to monitor what they are watching.
