ATTN means attention

CC = Carbon Copy
Good old days when they used type writers, they used to slide a carbon paper between two sheets so that they can take copies of the orginal to be sent to different people. Its the same in email to send a cc is to send a carbon copy to some one else other than the original recipient
Attn = Attention
When you are sending a mail or fax to an organization but you would like to specify the person who handles the request or the process then you use Attn to get this mail/fax to their attention

Cc means carbon copy and that you are sending an e-mail to two people simultaneously and the second persons e-mail is placed in the carbon copy area. Attn. means the same as when you place the abreviation on the outside of a letter or on a letterhead namely, ( ATTENTION ). The letter is sent to the name of the person or office that is placed thereafter. For example Attn. Bob White or Attn. The Secretary of The Financial Department.

Of course Attn is abreviated Attention.

Carbon Copy.... if you type an email address in that line, that person will receive a copy of the email you are sending.
BCC is Blind Carbon Copy meaning that if you type an address in the BCC line, that person will receive a copy of the email you are sending but their email address will not show to the others who received the email.
