from next year i like to study in belgium but the college or university i searched all are mostly masters degree program also cost a lot..i am looking for community college so i can afford it and finish some courses to study in medicine.can someone help me ?

I am not familiar with the Belgium higher education system, but this may be a country where students choose to study medicine from year 1 (unlike the US where students need to get a bachelor's degree before applying to med school). Do you speak French? If yes, try searching for Belgium colleges in French. If not, I would suggest that you start taking some classes. English speaking colleges in Belgium are private and therefore expensive, so you will probably want to attend a public college or university.
