Its a game there 10 ways that add up to 34 but you can only use 1 trough 16 and u can only use the number 1

Ok, your question makes absolutely no sense. Why say we can only use 1 through 16, and then say we can only use 1?
Some ways, assuming I translated your question correctly, would include 16 + 16 +1 +1, and 16 + 15 + 3.... There are almost an infinite number of ways to add to 34 with the numbers 1-16, so please rephrase your question.

1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8 -(16-15) - (14-13) - (12-11) + (10-9)

36-3+1=34

that's one way

13+15+11 * (8/16 + 7/14) * (6/12 +5/10) * (1) - (3+ 4/2)

39 * 1 * 1 * 1 -5 = 34

that's another way

Do you have to use all of the numbers each time? If not, there is a fun way of doing this.

Find a four by four magic square in a book (or if you're stumped, search for Albrecht Durer's engraving "Melancholia" which contains one). Now each row, column and the two diagonals add up to 34.
