I can't think of any Pinoy celebs that behave the worst.
I am answering because I actually know a few people from the Philippines, and know what Pinoy means.
Art Bell isn't really Pinoy, but married 3 Pinays, and is currently living in Manila. His last wife, Ramona died last year from medical complications, and within 2 months he had married Airyn(to Americans, it is pronounced like Irene), and moved to Manila. Airyn is about 40 years younger than Art, and wouldn't leave the country, but did move to Manila from a more rural area.
Art has a bit of a bad reputation because someone stole his identity and wrote a hate letter bashing the Philippines that keeps turning up in the news from time to time. He didn't write it, but gets blamed with it occasionally.
Art is a celebrity because he does a late night radio program about ghosts, and ufos, other paranormal experiences on weekends. Well, in Manila, it is in the afternoon. He also co-wrote the book, "The Coming Global Superstorm", which was turned into the blockbuster film, "The Day After Tomorrow"
I can't believe this question got so few answers, maybe it was the time it was placed.
