Sometimes her eyelids are halfway open and sometimes her eyes are open completely.

Yes. Lots of dogs do this. Dogs have two set of eyelids so sometimes even when the top lid is open, the one underneath is closed. They tend to do it when they're dreaming, or at least my dog does, so it's like their REM cycle. I'm not sure what the cause of it is, but I don't know why some people talk in their sleep either...

I've seen dogs do this before and it honestly CREEPS me out. Especially when they get the REM going, and their eyes are going all crazy lol. The first time I saw a dog do this I seriously thought it was dying haha.

Yeah, my boys do it all the time, usually when they are in a deep sleep....soooo cute!

yeah and my cousin does. dog does it cause of gravity when he is on this back.
