That's like me I was born with dark hair and my husband was born with very little hair and light. My first daughter was born with almost no hair she now has light brown hair like her father. My second daughter was born with a small amount of dark brown hair her hair has gone to a medium brown. My third daughter was born with a small amount of light brown hair it has gone a lot like my eldest daughters hair. My fourth daughter was born with a small amount of dark brown hair and gone lighter in the last 6 months to a medium brown. When my son was born we couldn't believe the amount of dark brown hair on his head. My family had predicted he would have light brown hair like my 1st & 3rd children. It could go either way it just depends on the babies genes.

Uh, momma says life is like a box a choclates, ya never know whatcha gonna get...
My wife and I own a Chinese Crested Dog. Yeah, we're all like a Chinese Hairless dog in a way, when we're born, sort of. In the same litter one could be completely hairless and another in the same little could be full of hair, thus named a PowderPuff instead of Hairless. I'm pretty hairless and my wife's with the dominate gene.
Our six month old baby came out full of lanugo (baby hair on body and facial), but it all goes away after a couple of months.

don't know if this will help you out, well it is a supersition but I had heartburn and alot of indjestion the old people would tell me my baby would have a lot of hair course I did not believe them, but when I saw her I could not believe all the hair she had it was every where all down her back and she is now 13 and still has all the hair (not on her back). I have dark brown hair, and my hair is very thin

What ever it wants to be born with , genetics plays no part..just nature. If you have a late ultrasound..post 30 weeks you can see all the hair, my daughter had a ton of hair & it was over a inch long and we could see it sort of floating in the amniotic fluid..it was preaty neat

No one can determine how much hair a baby will have at birth. Nor what color of hair either. Each baby receives a combination of genes from each parent.
1st son was blond with very little hair. 2nd son had enough hair to make any adult jealous and it was dark brown.
Same mother, same father.

A baby can be born looking any way. Even like a distant relative, so anything is possible.

it doesn't depend on the type of hair u were born with - more on ur 'grown up' hair type. and it's not really predictable - anything can affect the development of the baby's hair both in negative and positive way.

Impossible to tell. Their hair comes from your entire genes not just your and his. If great great great grandmother had red hair, if you carried the gene it possible they could have red hair. It all depends on what gene they acquire.
