You should really work out a balanced lifestyle plan that not only includes consuming natural herbs but also exercise as well.

Ahhhhh
The quest for for magic snake oil lives on!

Dear (sorry I forgot your name) :(
The best best best best way is not from a drink, bottle, or herb.
This is real easy but takes something most are TOO LAZY to do.

MONITOR your food intake.
Eat 1/2 the portions you would normally eat. Eat as much as will fit in your hand(your stomach is that size). Go ahead and snack, but eat natural food like vegtables(especially uncooked) fruits, and meat and nuts.
Avoid sweets and SODA. Have them 1 day a week so you dont feel like you are going crazy.
Don't cut out fatening foods altogether, but start to notice how often you are adding or reaching for that fatening food.
NO CHIPS cooked in oil.

And the other half is exercize. You need to get your heart rate up for (i think 20 minutes) minimum. Buy an IPOD and walk around a nice neighborhood or park. Go to the gym.

Your body is a beautiful machine and nothing is more attractive than someone who takes care of their body.

On the flip side.......
I had a friend in high school who lost weight on the Twinkie diet.
He lost some 120lbs by eating just 1 or two twinkies a day. I wonder how SUBWAY would feel about that?

Here are some other "quick fixes"
cabbage diet
vegtables and nuts diet with water
Fasting
Binge and Purge
Twinkie diet
Liposuction
Crack/Crank/Meth (I know first hand a few real skinny gals)

Gee, you want miracles, don't you?

You can't reduce fat with just herbals. However, your tummy may not be fat, it may just be bloated.

Stand sideways to the mirror. Raise your hands and stretch, really stretch, as high as you can above your head. With your arms in that position, look sideways. How much of your tummy is still sticking out?

That's how much actual fat you have on your tummy. If your tummy sticks out more than that when you put your arms down, the extra is poor muscle tone and bloating.

You can improve that by cutting down on starchy foods like bread, potatoes, cake etc. and sugar. Exercise (like situps) is the best thing for poor muscle tone, but you can achieve a lot by just pulling your tummy in every time you think about it.

A good tummy firming exercise that doesn't take much effort:

Sitting on a chair with your feet firmly on the floor, put your hands (palms down) on your thighs. Now push down on your thighs as hard as you can and hold for a count of 10. Feel your tummy muscles tightening? Do that as often as you remember, it will make a difference.

It isn't possible without a diet.

You can't spot reduce, your fat will melt however your body decides. There aren't any herbal remedies that reduce fat. Don't depend on Hoodia.

tense? all you need is diet and exercise, herbs wont help and no pills will help, to reduce fat you have to stop eating fat and things that create fat.

DANCE! Latin type dances especially do a lot of hip movements that use the stomach muscles. It's fun and works on the abs.
