Does Hematite have to magnetized to be able to wear?

Will it like turn my neck green or something?

If your talking about the black, crystalline hematite jewelry, the answer is no. Unless you have some type of an allergy, there should be no problem wearing it. I don't know where you heard such a thing.

Hematite is a stone and when used in jewelry it is usually polished. Magnetized how? It is a rock. And very safe to wear.

I don't think so. I wear hematite earrings with no problem but they don't touch much skin. Copper will turn your skin green.
