Well it depends, how much do you love your wife and how is your relationship with her? Jewlrey is always a good stand by, diamonds are good. Or you can get her something special that means something to her, i remember years ago my dad bought a ring with my brother's, sister's, and my birthstones, she LOVED it, But probably the best soulution if your REALLY stumped is a gift card to her favorite resturant, shop, online store, spa etc.

Necklace, earrings, a ring (obviously), or something useful like a foot massager. That may be a little obvious, but its not quantum physics, dude. Or, you could be funny and get her a set of dishes. The funny part is when you stick a pack of dishwashing gloves in with the present.

Suggestion...if you have been married awhile..over 5 years let's say; try locating a SPA in your area where you can purchase her a day pass where she can relax and get a massage. Usually runs $750-$125 per visit depending on where you live.

If you have serious $$ to spend, I would recommend anything from Cartier. A watch, the Love bracelet, you can't go wrong.

how about one of those clubs where they send you something every month? they can do like candles, or flowers that sort of thing, that way she's getting a gift every month for the whole year!
