First name will most likely be Alexandrew after his father (Alexandru). Last name is Antoniu. Middle name can't be Gabriel because that's his father's. We just can't think of a name that flows with the first and last names. Please, any suggestions? Thanks.

Alexandrew Amado Antoniu. This is because both first and last names end in iu. There should be a contrast. By the way, Amado means LOVED in spanish. Good luck!!!

Gabriel sounds nice for a middle name, and if you're already naming him after his father then his middle name isn't so bad. But if you don't want to make him a Junior, then I completely understand. In my family we usually use the middle name to honor other people in our family. Since you have already chosen his fathers name then try using someone's first or middle name from the mother's side of the family.
