I can't say. All I know is that I've never needed a degree to get a good job. All the others are important though. I'd say a good looking resume is the most, because otherwise they're never going to want to even talk to you in the first place.

I would say it is a combination of experience and good looks. All the other stuff is filler. If a person has experience in that particular position, he is probably qualified for the job. In addition, I should amend the good looks thing. What people are drawn to physically in others is symmetry. If that symmetry is augmented with good features, that's a plus!
