How do i make a myspace layout ?? i have paint .. and thats it i am not gona buy anything

??huh?? Myspace layouts are free. And what are you going to use the paint for?

Well, "paint" doesn't give you much room for creativity. Most people use either photoshop (that's my favorite program to use) or paint shop pro. Then you also need to have knowledge of html or css to make the layout work properly (that's really not that hard). You are probably better off just getting one off a pre-made site....unless you don't care about having a cheap looking layout.

There are several free sites to aquire a layout. Go check some profiles and you'll find most are pre made and free cick on the icon on there page and find one you like. There will be a code section copy it and place it in your profile seting of your editing of your myspace page.

choose an already made layout. there are a whole bunch of free already made layouts. cut and paste the code into you the "About Me" section of edit profile.

I agree with you 100% about making a profile, check mine out http://myspace.com/slackr101/. 100% by hand (it did take me 3 hours but I kept trying to center the body which wasn't working, so I gave up on that part. I should warn you pics are down because they are hosted on my server that is having hardware difficulties.
For your woes though I would check out tutorials on CSS such as the one on http://w3schools.com/css/
