Is every moment of our short life spans too precious to waste? How would you define a wasted moment?

Funny, I heard that quote just yesterday. It's from Thoreau's "Walden."

And I'm not sure yet of the answer.

No such thing as a wasted moment.

Every moment has something to be learnt from as long as we ponder on it long enough! You can turn a "wasted" moment into a useful moment with another useful moment.

Get it? Aha.

I believe in reincarnation and I believe we have an infinite amount of times to process life, so I do not think we 'waste time' in any one lifetime, but maybe in this life moment we do not gain any forward advancement. We are merely abiding.

So, if we do nothing (i.e., 'waste time') - we are being neutral; if we so something of a creative evolutionary advancement, then we are moving the cosmos forward.
