if you watch the english premiership, that has a lot of contact - more so than basketball, but compared to the other football leagues like italian and spanish where refs dont allow that much contact, then probably basketball

Based on the two, I think basketball, but it depends on the position. If you are a post player, contact is almost constant.

of course basketbal because the area is smaller than fotball field and basketball player has to do a lot of blocks to avoid the opponent's team to get a chance to make a perfect shot
