You seem to be under the misapprehension that illegal immigrants get all that stuff legally. In most cases, they are breaking the law to do so. So, as an American citizen, you have just as much right as illegal immigrants to commit welfare and insurance fraud, and just as much right to take up room in prison when you do so.

Assuming it were possible to do this, you'd be disappointed in the quality of the benefits you'd receive:
- Welfare is only available to citizens; illegal aliens cannot receive welfare without committing some sort of fraud.
- Public housing is only available to citizens; illegal aliens can only live in public housing if a citizen elects to share the space, or if they commit some sort of fraud.
- In order to walk away from medical bills in a hospital or clinic, a person must first be treated. To be treated, you must either prove you have the ability to pay (via insurance), pay up front, or visit a free clinic -- and at a free clinic, you don't have any bill to pay, provided you're willing to wait for hours if not days for substandard care with no followup. The good news for you, of course, is that you can go to a free clinic as a citizen, too!
- Most insurance policies -- unless they're liability only -- offer a provision for uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. If you hit someone with such coverage, they won't be out anything except the deductible, and the insurance company's lawyers will be after your hide. Of course, hit and run accidents and underinsured/uninsured accidents happen every day, caused not only by illegal immigrants (who make up a minority of drivers on the road, since it's really hard to get a car when you're not a citizen, and they've got a very strong incentive to avoid accidents) but also by citizens who simply have too little money to be properly insured, or too much to lose to stick around and exchange information, so this is a privilege you once again enjoy now as a citizen.
- More than two-thirds of the approximately 1.8 million people currently incarcerated in the United States were convicted of non-violent crimes. Numbers on illegal immigrants in US prisons varies depending on the source, but assuming the stats at "NoInvaders.org" are correct, only 29% of US inmates are illegal immigrants -- and this shouldn't be surprising, since the mere act of being in the country makes them eligible for arrest as a non-violent offender while deportation is being arranged. So yes, you're more likely to be arrested as an illegal immigrant, but at least you won't be in prison for long -- not like those poor citizens who ended up in the pokey. They worked harder to get there (after all, they weren't eligible to be arrested just by being in the country) and they're going to do their time instead of just getting kicked out. Heck, I guess there's a benefit to being an illegal immigrant after all!

Ummm... it's not like there's some law entitling them to that. Are you asking if you can break the law as easily as an illegal immigrant?
Yeah, I guess you could. It would probably be easier for you, since you're (minimally) proficient in English. Lots of native-born American citizens scam welfare and commit crimes, so you would be in good company.

And since illegals only commit felonies (breaking in the country), they'd NEVER think of commiting welfare fraud.
The stats aren't that far off. Perhaps some of you who think these stats are exaggerated, please provide your own if you have them.
Last year, an average of 1.2 hospitals per state were closed due to illegals not paying.
Awesome post, OP!

humm funny thing is that illegal aliens aren't qualified to get welfare or public housing. But a natural born US citizen can (and DO) do everything you just described and more.

You are free to leave any time. Please don't come back until you learn to not make up statistics to back up your bigoted opinion.
