Depends, at the end of the interview did they mention when you should expect a call, or did you ask? If it wasn't mentioned you probably should've called already then.

So, YES call them.

Did you send a follow-up letter after the interview? Some people I know who hire employees say that this is the bottom line for them. They will not hire someone who does not write a letter thanking them for the interview and expressing a continued interest in the job. A letter like this is also a good way to remind them of your qualifications and address any issues brought up in the interview that need addtional information or clarification.

An email might be just as good, depending on the job and how formal the office is.

A good strategy, over the long run, is to write the follow-up letter even before the interview itself. Have the envelope addressed and stamped. Have the letter written and ready for any adjustments beyond expressing an interest in the job. That way, you will not let it slide. Mail the letter, at the latest, the day after the interview.

Good luck.

Two weeks is generally an appropriate amount of time to wait before calling in regards to an interviews results. It takes a good deal of time to get all the promising applicants interviewed and a decision made.

If you call, just say you are inquiring on the status of application or to see if a decision has been made regarding whatever position. If they say no decision has been made, politely ask when would be good for you to call back or ask for a time frame in which the position will be filled.

Hope that helps!
