Find a flavored condom. I hear that many of them taste terrible, but some have almost no taste, just a scent to them... like banannas. Go to an adult novelty shop and ask an employee what they recommend, because they will know what ones are the good ones.

HIV is not USUALLY transmitted thru oral sex but there a whole bunch of other nasty pathogens you can pick up from oral sex. So a Condom might be advised.
