I read today on wwtdd.com that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have been hiding their baby Suri because she has a birthmark on her face! How awful are they as parents to be ashamed of their beautiful baby?

The pictures of Suri that are in the magazines (even the most recent wedding pics), show that Suri is just adorable. She has to be one of the cutest, sweetest babies I've ever seen. She looks like both of them.
They obviously adore her, she does not have a birthmark on her face, and if she had, I seriously doubt that they would be "embarrassed" by her. That's not how caring parents are.
I would think they just wanted some well deserved privacy for their little one. The public acts as though they have a God-given right to see pics of celebrities' babies the second they are born!! The fact is, the public has no right whatsoever. If they want privacy for their children, then we should all respect that. I can't believe what people will gossip about. What a sad, sad world this is becoming.

Personally, I think the whole Baby Suri thing is much ado about nothing

There have been plenty of pictures of baby suri released, here's a link to the fist pic released of her on the cover of Vanity Fair, and she is adorable.

I don't think they should be expected to show their baby off to the world if they don't want to just because they are celebrities, it is their right to try and protect their child. The only reason people are so interested is because they are celebrities, if I had a baby right now no one would get upset because I didn't send photos to People Magazine for the world to see. It's their baby and their choice...If I was a celebrity I wouldn't want pictures of my children plastered all over magazine covers.

Nah, that's just tabloid talk.
I'm sure the reason they had "hidden" their baby was to get some privacy! Sheesh, people, leave them alone.
She's a beautiful baby though. Simply gorgeous, and looks a bit like both of them.
