Its lose lose with this one if you tell your friend and sister then its going to be a shot the messenger situation but if you don't them and they find out then they find out you knew they will be mad at you. Best thing to do is tell the cheaters you know to give them a chance to own up but if that doesn't work then tell your friend and sister they will be mad at you but they will get over it soon.
